GENERAL
By purchasing any of my services, you are agreeing to my Terms & Conditions. I reserve the right to refuse any request without further explanation.PAYMENTS
Full payment is required upfront once you approve the rough sketch. Refunds are not available except if for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.REVISIONS
I will send a rough sketch for revisions. Minor revisions after the sketch phase are free, but any major changes (such as pose, composition etc.) may require an additional fee ($10+ USD, depending on severity).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Bust commissions take at least 1 week. Full body commissions take at least 3 weeks. However, due to real life obligations, commission times may be longer.If a hard deadline is set by a client, an additional fee may be charged (20+% of base price, depending).PROCESS
After ordering, I will contact you to discuss the details of the request. I will start working on the commission after full payment. Progress photos will be shared (typically a rough sketch for revisions and a headshot progress photo, possibly more if discussed beforehand). You will receive a low-res version of the finished commission for any final revisions, and if no minor adjustments are required, I will share a finished high quality .png file via email or Vgen, depending on preference.USE
My art is NEVER to be fed into AI databases or used for NFTs. Any client breaking this will be blacklisted and blocked.Commissioned artwork may be used for profile pictures and/or be reposted with clear credit (my name and reference to my Bluesky account.)INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
